From Greensboro and Points West Via 1-85 North:

• Take Exit 172 onto NC 147 (Durham Freeway).
• Take Exit 15B onto Hillandale Rd./Fulton St.
• Turn Right onto Fulton St.
• Turn Right at last traffic light (in front of Duke University Hospital) onto Erwin Rd.
• Turn Left at first light onto Research Dr.
• Turn Right into first entrance for 104 Research Dr.

From Richmond and Points North Via I-85 South:

• Take Exit 174A for Hillandale Rd.
• Turn Left onto Hillandale Rd. (at the 4th light, Hillandale Rd. becomes Fulton St).
• Turn Right at last traffic light (in front of Duke University Hospital) onto Erwin Rd.
• Turn Left at first light onto Research Dr.
• Turn Right into first entrance for 104 Research Dr.

From RDU Airport, Raleigh & Points East Via I-40 West:

• Take Exit 279B onto NC 147 (Durham Freeway).
• Take Durham Freeway to Exit 15B for Hillandale Rd./Fulton St.
• Turn Left onto Fulton St.
• Turn Right at last traffic light (in front of Duke University Hospital) onto Erwin Rd.
• Turn Left at first light onto Research Dr.
• Turn Right into first entrance for 104 Research Dr.

From Chapel Hill or I-40 East Via 15-501:

• Take 15-501 North marked Duke Univ./Med Ctr. (Do not take 15-501 Business.)
• Take Exit 107 for NC 751 and turn right at the end of the ramp.
• Turn Left at first light onto Erwin Rd.
• Turn Right at third light onto Research Dr.
• Turn Right into first entrance for 104 Research Dr.
