CNVAnalyst is a Java GUI for statistical, bioinformatic, and visual analyses of CNVs. CNVAnalyst assists in the choice of the optimal CNV calling method and its parameters for each CNV dataset.
Instructions for usage:
Create directory C:\Program Files\CNVAnalyst
Unzip all files to C:\Program Files\CNVAnalyst
Use the Command Prompt utility. Type: java -Xmx512M -jar "C:\Program Files\CNVAnalyst\CNVAnalyst.jar"
