Whole genome expression is performed on Illumina's iScan System using either a Direct Hybridization Assay for intact samples or a cDNA-mediated annealing, selection, extension, and ligation assay (DASL) for partially degraded samples such as those from FFPE tissue.
Note: The cRNA must already be prepped and ready for hybridization to the beadchips.
