Focused DNA methylation profiling is performed on Illumina's iScan System using their Goldengate assay to interrogate 96-1536 CpG sites.
Whole genome DNA methylation profiling is performed on Illumina's iScan System using their Infinium assay to interrogate 450,000 CpG sites.
Both technologies offer single CpG resolution and low sample input. Raw data analysis is performed with GenomeStudio™ Data Analysis software from Illumina.
Note: The bi-sulfite conversion must already be completed according to Illumin'a protocols.
