Whole genome DNA methylation profiling is performed on Illumina's iScan System using their Infinium assay to interrogate 450,000 CpG sites.
The Infinium Methylation Assay offers single CpG resolution and low sample input. Raw data analysis is performed with GenomeStudio™ Data Analysis software from Illumina.
