MGC DNA Re-sequencing Service

DNA re-sequencing is performed on an Applied Biosystems 3730 DNA Analyzer, which can sequence up to 800bp fragments. We offer all components of re-sequencing such as primer design, PCR, PCR purification and quantitation, BigDye Terminator cyle sequencing, dye terminator removal, capillary electrophoresis, and analysis. Raw data analysis is performed with Sequencher^™ software from Gene Codes.
